Browser supported previews could be also generated automatically during import process.
New files are held in the Asseter Waiting Room until they have been approved by moderators or with properly assigned tags before being added to a library.
You can specify special filters and choose which files should be imported, and which should be left behind

Asseter has been created by Media Artists for Media Artists and besides all regular media formats such as H.264, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, MOV, MP4 has native professional formats support. All industry standard codecs like HAP / HAP Q, DXV3, EXR, DPX, MXF, HDRI, and many more are supported.
The system also supports all open 3D formats, and besides that, several industry standard proprietary 3D formats, e.g. Cinema 4D, Houdini, 3Ds MAX, Maya, zBrush.
Thumbnails are generated automatically during import and upload process. But you can specify your own preview images, if you want.
Video previews are generated automatically for supported file formats. It is vital especially when dealing with professional codecs like HAP / HAP Q, DXV3 or some image sequence that could not be previewed in browser or without professional software.
If asset contains video preview, it could be seen without opening asset page, directly on the asset grid with the help of mouse cursor. Just slide with your cursor over the asset thumbnail and you will get the idea of video content.
Each asset supports multiple preview types, including image, video, audio, document, HDRI and 3D Model view.
Integrated 3D Player allows you to view suitable 3D models directly in your browser. You can switch between Reflective, Wireframe and Greyshaded views and check how the light woks by turning on and rotating HDRI image.
You can check how the HDR Images work on a shaderball and different materials right inside your browser.
