Common queries about Early Access
What exactly Early Access program means?
We use Stripe as a payment gateway which means that you can purchase Asseter with any major credit card: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For annual subscriptions, we can issue an invoice payable by wire transfer.
Can I request custom feature development?
Enterprise plan customers can request custom feature development with heightened support and direct access to the development team. When customers submit a request, the team assesses the feasibility, timeline, and cost. Based on these factors, an estimate and timeline will be provided, or alternatively, other options may be recommended. Depending on the nature of the feature, if it is a feature that couldnt be used by other Asseter clients, payment may be required for development.
How does free trial works?
To start, you'll need to add billing information. Once that's done, you can use Asseter completely free for 14 days. If you find that Asseter is right for you, just keep using it. If you don't cancel within these 14 days, we'll assume you're enjoying our product and will automatically charge your card for continued access. If you decide it's not the right fit, you can cancel anytime during the trial period by simply deleting your account, and you won't be charged a penny.
How do I cancel my free trial?
You can cancel your free trial by logging into consloe.asseter.app and deleting your instance. All data, associated with your account, will be destroyed.
How do I cancel my paid subscription?
To cancel your paid subscription plan in Asseter, sign in and select Subscription and Billing under your account in the top right corner, then select Cancel Subscription. Pre-paid service will continue until the end of your subscription period, at which time your plan will not renew.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Data protection is a priority to Asseter. All communication with Asseter is sent over a SSL/HTTPS connection, the same technology used by banks. ftrack also has a powerful granular permission system for both your users and the custom data that you create. Our cloud-hosted plans run on ISO 27001 certified data centers.
What kind of support do I get?
We have email support M-F 8AM – 6PM CET and 8AM – 6PM PT (Pacific) and depending on support level, support email monitoring 24/7 for critical issues.
Can I host an Asseter server locally?
Yes, we support local hosting behind your corporate firewall for Enterprise customers with licenses billed annually – conditions apply, please reach out to sales team by submitting the Enterprise inquiry form or contact sales by email hello@asseter.ai
Will I be charged sales tax?
Tax fees will be added as applicable by law in your country/state/province based on the billing address provided.
